1. That the original width of dedication be reduced to 50 feet.
requiring a 25 foot dedication from Mr. Craig.
2. That the parcel being developed at this time be Included
among those In the previous agreement, the sale of all or any part
of which will necessitate the dedication and full Improvement
of .ald 25 ft. half street.
3. That a new Agreement between the City and Mr. Craig be
prepared. incorporating the above.
