Section
21.42.090 of the Camphell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is ohtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
~xpiration dat~ of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

1. Applicant to ren~ve Buildings ~5 and ~6 from property within ten days from
date of approval of IIS" 74-57.
2. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added in "red" on
plans.
3. Faithful performance bond in the amount of Sl ,000 to be posted to insure
fencing i9 completed as indicated on plans. Said bond to be filed within
ten days of approval.
The applicant is notified as part of this appl ication th'at he is required to meet
the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of Campbell.
A. Underground util ities to be provided as required by Section 20.16.070 of the
Campbell Municipal Code.
B. Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check shall indicate
clearly the location of all connections for underground uti lities including
water, sewer, electric, telephone and television cables, etc.
C. Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that any contract
for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage, wet garbage and rubbish
produced within the limits of the City of Ca~pbell shall be made with Green
Valley Disposal Company. This requirement appl ies to all single family
dwellings, multiple apartment units, to all conmercial, b~siness, industrial,
manufacturing, and construction establ ishments.
D. Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the development
shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire Department. Unless otherwise
noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall
or fence and have self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department.
All enclosures to be constructed at grade level.
E. Appl icant to secure all permits and conditions as required by the Building
Depa rtment.
F. Process ard file parcel map. Letter of intent to file parcel map to be
submitted to Public Works Department by a registered civil engineer within
ten days from date of approval.
G. Location of Building #3 to be approved by the Fire Department.
The appl icant is notified that he shall comply with all applicable Codes or
Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain to this development and are not
herein specified.
