CONDITIONS:
1. ..Landscaping to be provided as indicated on plan.
Z...Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $500 to be posted to insure
landscaping within three months of completion of building.
3...Landscape plan, inaicating type of plant material, to be submitted to
the Planning Director for approval prior to issuance of Building Permit.
4. ..Parking area to be paved to City Standards. Parking as shown on tlle
east side of tne building--both sides of driveway--to be 450.
5. ..Applicant to obtain excavation permit.
Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred e1gnty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.
