No. 8178 and accepting the dedications

RECOMMENDATION: That the city Council adopt a resolution
to approve the final map for Tract No. 8178 and accept the
dedications offered thereon.
DISCUSSION: On August 16,1988 the city Council adopted an
ordinance approving a tentative map for a 7 lot townhouse
subdivision at 454 Sunnyoaks Avenue. The developer has
complied with all the conditions of the tentative map and
the final map is therefore recommended for approval by the
City Council at this time.

BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP
OF TRACT NO. 8178, AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS OFFERED THEREON
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the City of
Campbell a final map of Tract No. 8178, located at 454 Sunnyoaks
Avenue for approval;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that the map conforms to the
State Subdivision Map Act and City Ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that said map be, and the same is hereby, approved, and that
any real property offered for dedication for public use is accepted
on behalf of the public in conformity with the terms of the offer of
dedication.

Dear Mr. Kee:
We have reviewed the site plan sent to us on August 17 for the development
of six townhomes on a parcel located at 600 West Sunnyoaks Avenue, APN
406-08-06.
The site would not be subject to flooding in the event of a 1% flood.
The site is adjacent to the Page Percolation Ponds. Site grading should
be designed such that drainage is directed towards Sunnyoaks Avenue. There
should be no drainage directed to the percolation ponds.
The proposed red\vood fence at the rear of the site should be constructed
within the property boundaries. Any damage to the District I s chain link
fence is to be repaired at the expense of the developer or his contractor.
Site grading and drainage plans should be sent to us for our review and
issuance of a permit. Any questions may be referred to Sue Tippets at
extension 253.
