Grant Deed for street dedication purposes at your
Sunnyoaks site. Please have the original and one (1)
copy signed, notarized and returned to this office.
Given forty-eight hours notice, this office will
set grade stakes for your street improvements. You may
request this service at the time of application for an
excavation permit.
Upnn receipt of the afore-mentioned deeds together
with a Faithful Performance bond in the amount of $l,OOO~OO
a Labor and Material bond in the amount of $500.00
(forms enclosed), and a check, payable to the City of
Campbell, in the amount of $1,000.00 for storm drainage
area fee, this office will recommend the issuance of
a building permit.

Section 9316.1 of the Campbell M~lnicipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval g~anted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same to the
Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration date of such
approva I.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtai~ed in the manner provided for in
this chapter.
