WHEREAS, DEL MONTE DEVELOPMENT Cm1PANY ,
being the sole and exclusive owner(s) of the sewerage system described as
follows:
994+ feet of 6" sanitary main, manholes and appurtenances installed
in an easement within Lot 29 and the public right-of-way of
Duncanville Court, Tract 6138 City of Campbell, California. All
in accordance with the improvement plans prepared by Creegan &
D'Angelo Job No. 770211
have constructed said sewerage system in accordance with the prov~s~ons of
county Sanitation District No.4 Ordinances and Specifications; and
WHEREAS# the District Manager and Engineer of said County Sanitation
District No. 4 has caused to be inspected said sewerage system, and finds
said sewerage system to be constructed in compliance with said Ordinances
and Specifications, and does recommend to this Board that said sewerage
system be accepted and thereby be included within the sewerage system of
county Sanitation District No.4; and
WHEREAS, the owner{s} of said sewerage system have offered to convey
and transfer to County Sanitation District No.4, subject to the terms and
conditions of said offer, all of said owners' Dights, title and interest
in and to said sewerage system;and
W:qER&~S, said owners do, in their offer, declare and warrant that
they are the sole and exclusive owners in and of said se~erage system.
NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that County
Sanitation District No.4 of Santa Clara County, acting by and through its
Board of Directors, does hereby accept the offer of the owner(s) of the
Clbove-described sewerage system, subject to the terms and conditions
expressly stated in said offer.
AND IT IS Fu~THER ORDERED THAT from and after this date said sewerage
system shall be, and it is hereby, made a part of the sewerage system of
County Sanitation District No.4 of Santa Clara County.

RESOLUTION NO. 5377
BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP
OF TRACT NO. 6230 AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO SIGN THE PROPOSED AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of the City
of Campbell a final map of Tract No. 6230 for approval; and,
WHEREAS, an agreement, approved by the City Attorney as to form,
which covers conditions pertaining to the approval of said map and
acceptance of the dedicated streets, has been presented; and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that the map conforms to
Subdivision Map Act and City Ordinance;
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVeD by the City Council of the City of
Campbell that said map be and the same is hereby approved and that the
streets, avenues and public ways shown thereon be and the same are
hereby accepted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized
to execute the said agreement on behalf of the City of Campbell.

The follOWing report is based on data available to the Santa Clara Valley Water District and is not intended to supplant any required
report from the Federal Insurance Administration.
~ The site would not be subject to flooding in the event of a 1 % flood flow from a District Facility under either present or
foreseeable future conditions. (This is a flow having a 1 % chance of being equalled or exceeded in any year.)
o The site would be subject to flooding from Creek in the event of the 1 % flood flow.
It is estimated that the channel has a present capacity to pass a flow which has a % chance of being equalled or
exceeded in any year, No assurance can be given as to date at which flood protection will be provided. Any information
available to us regarding possible future protection is given below under "Additional Comments",
o A flood hazard to the site does not exist under present conditions, A 1% flood hazard to this site may develop as
conditions change.
Additional Comments:
The site is immediately adjacent to Page Ditch which has a capacity equal
to the runoff generated by a storm of 10 year return frequency. Due to the
conveyance or detention of flood flows in streeets or open areas, flooding
of the site should not occur during a 1% flood.
For information concerning the hazard from and disposition of local or surface storm water within and adjacent to this site, please

Dear Mr. Elliott:
We have reviewed the preliminary improvement plans for Tract
6183, sent to us be Jennings McDermott and Heiss Incorporated
on September 28, 1977.
The site is adjacent to Page Ditch along its southerly property
line and a Page Percolation System pond along its easterly prop-
erty line.
Please have the developer specify on the plans that the existing
chain link fence along the easterly property line is to be main-
tained in place and that any damaged as a result of construction
operations is to be replaced in kind and in accordance with Section
80 of the State of California specifications.
In order to clear the existing Page Ditch bank, we request that
the proposed fence along the southerly property line be located
three feet northerly of the property line (17 feet from proposed
building). The area between the property line and the new fence
may be dedicated to the SCVWD if desired by the developer. Ar-
rangements may be made with Mr. Donald Lawrie of our Real Estate
Division at extension 261.
The proposed grading adjacent to District right of way is satis-
factory.
The proposed six-inch sanitary sewer crossing under Page Ditch is
being processed for permit under a seperate application submitted
by Sanitary District No.4.

Please be assured that San Jose Water Works will install the
facilities to provide domestic and fire protection water to all
residents in this tract. The installation will be made in
accordance with our regulations on file with the Public Utilities
Commission of the State of California.
When the financial arrangements for this extension have been
made and the facilities are installed, San Jose Water Works will
maintain and operate the system.

1. Installation of a sanitary sewerage system to serve all lots within
the subdivision in conformance with the proposed plans of the County
of Santa Clara Sanitation District No.4. Sanitary sewerage service
to be provided by said District No.4.
2. Installation of a water distribution system to serve all lots within
the subdivision in conformance with the plans of the San Jose Water
Works. Water service to be provided by said San Jose Water Works.
Fire hydrants and appurtenances shall be provided and installed at the
locations specified by the Fire Chief, Fire Department, City of Campbell.
Fire hydrant rental fees shall be paid to City at the rate of $195 per
fire hydrant.
3. Subdivider shall create or provide any Public Service Easement and
any other public utility and/or public service easements as may be
necessary for the installation of any and all public utilities and/or
facilities.
4. Compliance with the provisions of Title 20, Subdivisions. of the
Campbell Municipal Code.
5. Subdivider to pay Storm Drainage Area Fee.
6. Subdivider to furnish copy of Preliminary Title Report.
7. Subdivider shall execute an agreement and post bonds to install street
improvements on Sunnyoaks Avenue.
8. Dedicate additional right-of-way to widen Sunnyoaks Avenue to 30 feet

BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF
CAMPBELL BY CHANGING THE ZONE fROM R-M TO P-D
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT/LOW-MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL)
ON PROPERTY KNOWN AS 650 WEST SUNNYOAKS AVENUE.
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, being a
part of the Campbell Municipal Code, together with amendments thereto,
is hereby changed and amended by adopting Exhibit "A" entitled "Plans
and Elevations" and Exhibit "B" entitled "Development Schedule" and
Exhibit "C" entitled "Map of said Property", as per the application
of Mr. Lowell Grattan on property 1 ocated at 650 West Sunnyoaks Avenue.
Copies of said exhibits are on file in the office of the Planning
Department.
Said approval subject to the following conditions:
A. Fencing and grading plan to be approved by the Santa Clara Valley
Water District.
B. Property to be fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added in
"red" on plans.
~'C.' landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of hose
bibs, or sprinkler system and type of fencing to be submitted for approval of
the Planning Director at time of application for building permit.
D. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved
landscape plan.
E. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $5,000 to be posted to
insure landscaping, fencing, and striping of parking area prior to final
Building Department clearance.
F. All mechanical equipment located on roofs shall be screened as
approved by the Planning Director.
G. Applicant to meet the requirements as specified by the Santa Clara
Valley Water District.
H. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance with
Section 21.50 of the Campbell-Municipal Code. All parking spaces to be provided
with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper guards.
I. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section 20.16.070
of the Campbell Municippl Code.
