Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after tile date upon whicll such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commis~ion at least fifteen (IS) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

2. Parking stalls to be a 9 x 20' and comply with design table as shown
on page 212-d of the Campbcll Municipal Code. (This will require
rearranging of the four stalls on the northwest property line at alley.)
3. Parking to be provided as required by Section 9319 of the Campbell
Municipal Code for this addition and any future addition.
4. Storm Drain Fee in the amount of $229.19.

Dear Reverend Wehye:
On Friday, February I], 1967, I had an opportunity to investigate
your complaint regarding the condition of Sunnyside Avenue. Mr. Wren
informed me that he has had discussions with you regarding your parking
lot and the need to bring it to grade so it would drain into the street.
You certainly are correct in the need for the improvement of this street,
and we are aware that there are many residential streets in the old
downtown part of Campbell which need complete reconstruction with curb
gutters and sidewalks.
This is one of our programs that we are considering for the coming
General Obligations Bond Issue which may occur sometime the latter part
of this year. As you know, the City of Campbell inherited many similar
such dedicated streets from the County at the time they incorporated
in 1952. Since that time, the tremendous growth and traffic which has
been generated in and through the City of Campbell has necessitated most
of our monies for streets to be directed to the major streets such as
Winchester, Campbell, Bascom and Hamilton Avenues.
I can only assure you that your street will be maintained to the best of
our ability until such time as it can be done completely as it should as
monies become available. Thanks for your interest in this street problem
on Sunnyside Avenue.

.Dear Mr. Bray:
The Planning Commission of the City of campbell approved
subject application contingent upon various conditions.
Of these conditions the following are requirements of the
City Engineer: (1) Storm Drain Pee in the amount of $229.l9r
(2.) Paithfu1 Performance Bond for street improvements in
the amount of $1,215.001 (3) Dedicate 51 along frontage of
prqperty to Sunnyside Avenue plan liner (4) Enter into
agreement to participate in an assessment district.
The above conditions must be complied with to the
satisfaction of the City Engineer prior to the issuance of
a building permit.
Compliance shall be accomplished by the following:
(1) Submission of a check payable to the City of campbell
in the amount of $2~9.l9, (2) Post Faithful Performance
Bond in the amount of $1,215.00 naming the City of Campbell
a. obligee, (3) Execution, in the presence of a notary public,
and return of the grant deed and agreement. Said documents to
be drawn by this office upon notification by you of your
intention to proceed.
upon completion of the above described conditions, this
office will recommend issuance of a building permit.

free to contact this office.
