RESOLUTION NO.
BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL ~
OF TRACT 3271, SUNSET COURT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
PROPOSED AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Campbell a final map of Tract 3271, Sunset Court,
for approval;
WHEREAS # an agreement, approved by the City Attorney
as to form, which covers conditions pertaining to the approval
of said map and acceptance of the dedicated streets, has been
presented; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has signed the map that
it conforms:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Campbell that said map be and the same is hereby
approved and that the streets, avenues and public ways shown
thereon be and the same are hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be and he is
hereby authorized to execute the said agreement on behalf of
the City of Campbell.

WHEREAS, the above-named bounden Principal has applied to the said
County Sanitation District No. 4 of Santa Clara County for permission
to construct within the said District a sanitary sewerage system, more
particularly described as follows:
1vITHIN TRACT NO. 3271, SUNSET COURT, CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA
and
WHEREAS, the installation of said sanitary sewerage system may occur in
streets and roads of the CITY OFCAMPBELt ' State of
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, if said bounden Principal shall meet the following
requirements for the construction of the said sanitary sewerage system:
1. The construction of the above described sanitary
sewerage system is to be carried on and completed
in accordance with the approved plan s and standard
specifications governing said construction on file
at the office of County Sanitation District No.4
of Santa Clara County, 100 East Sunnyoaks Avenue,
Campbell, California;
2. The payment of all connection fees payable in accor-
dance with the provisions of Section 7.02 of Ordinance
No. 10 of County Sanitation District No.4 of Santa
Clara County, California, that are outstanding at the
date of recordation of the map or maps for the sub-
division(s) served by said sanitary sewerage system.

J. The sanitary sewerage system above described shall
be completed within one (1) year from the date of
recordation of the map or maps for the subdivision(s)
served by said sanitary sewerage system, or within
one (I) year from the date of this bond, whichever
event shall first occur;
4. The Principal shall repair and restore the streets
and ways in the CITY OF CAMPBELL wherein
excavation work is done in accordance with the pro-
visions of the said CAMPBELL excavation
Ordinance;
5. The Principal shall remedy any defects in the above
described sanitary sewerage system and/or in any
City/County street or road, and pay for any damage
to other property resulting therefrom which may appear
within a period of one (1) year from the date of final
acceptance of the said sanitary sewerage system by the
Board of Directors of County Sanitation District No.4
of Santa Clara County;
6. The Principal shall payor cause to be paid, in full,
the legitimate claims of all persons performing labor
upon, or furnishing materials or equipment used in,
the construction of the above-described sanitary
sewerage system;
7. This bond shall remain in full force and effect until
one (1) year after the date of final acceptance of
the said sanitary sewerage system by the Board of
Directors of County Sanitation District No. 4 of
Santa Clara County;
8. The partial or entire use of the sanitary sewerage
system by County Sanitation District No. 4 of Santa
Clara County shall not constitute an acceptance of
work not done in accordance with the approved plans
and standard specifications, or relieve the PrinCipal
of liability with respect to any express warranties
or responsibilities for faulty material or workmanship;
then the above obligation shall be void; otherwise, to remain in full
force and effect.
