Section 9316.1 of the Campbell lvlunicipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after tile date upon which such approval was granted, unless
an extension for such approval is obtained by making written application
for same to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
for in this chapter.

I. Residential building to be moved forwa",' to 15' setback to
provide 2 ~e feet in rear.
2. Driveway in front of building to be removed and landscaped
a"ccordingly.
3. Landscaping and fenci~ to be provided and as shown and as
added in "red" on plan. Adequate watering system to all
landscaped areas to be provided.
4. Fencing and landscape plan, indicating type of plant materials
to be used, and plans for watering system to be submitted for
approval of Planning Director at time of application for Building
Permit.
5. Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 to be
posted to insure fencing and landscaping and striping of
parking area within three (3) months cf completion of con-
struction, or applicant may file agreement to complete land-
scaping and fencing prior to final Building Department clearance.
6. Plans for covered carports to be approved by Planning Director.
7. An enclosure €onsisting of a concrete floor surrounded by a 6'
high solid wall or fence shall be constructed to house trash
container in location approved by Fire Department and Planning
Director. Area to be 8' x 12' with a 6' gate.
The applicant is notified as part of this approvel that he is required
to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the
City of Campbell:

9. Construction of underground utilities as required by Section
9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
10. Applicant to obtain excavation permit for driveway
approaches.
11. Driveway widths to be a maximum of 35'.
The ~pp1icant is also notified that he shall comply with all other
appl1cable Codes or Ordinances of the City of Campbell which pertain
to this development and are not herein specified.
