Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year af~er
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to th~ Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
No bu51ding permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided
foX' in this Chapter.

1. Property to he fenced and landscaped as indicated and as added
in "red" on plans.
2. Landscape plan indicating type of plant material, location of
hose bibs or sprinJ~ler:5ystem and type of fencing to be sub-
mi t ted for approval of the Planning Oi rector at time of app 1i -
cation for building permit.
3. Landscaping shall be maintained In accordance Hith the approved
landscape plan.
4. Faithful performance bond in the amount of $1,000 to be posted
to insure landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area
within three (3) months of completion of construction, or
applicant may file ,-;ritten agreement to complete landscaping,
fencing and striping of parking area prior to final building
department clearance.
5. 'l'ras]1 container(s) of a SIze and quantity necessary to serve
the development shall be located in areaCs) approved by the
Fire Department. Unless othendse noted, enclosure (s) shall
consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or
fence and have self-closing doors of a size specified by the
Fire Department.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he'is
required to meet the folloi..'ing condi tions in accordance wi th Ordi-
nances of the City of Campbell.
A. All parking and driveway areas to be developed in compliance
'vith Section 21.50. of the Campbell Municipal Coele. All p<Hking
spaces to be provided with appropriaie concrete curbs or bumper
guards.
B. Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
20.16.070 of the Campbell t.1unicipal Code.
C. Plans submitted to the building department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all. cOlmections for under-
ground utilities including water, se\.wr, electric, telephone
and tclevision cablcs, etc.
D. Si gn app 1 i ca tion to be submi t ted in accordancc 'vi th provi s ions
of the sign ordinance for all signs. 1\0 sign to be installed
until application is approved and permit issued by the Building
Department.
E. Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell ~lunicipal Code stipulates that.
any contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage,
,,<,et garbage and rubbish produced \Vi thin the 1imi ts of the Ci t)'
of Campbell shall be madc ""ith G.rcen Valley Disposal Company.
This requin'lIlent applies to all single f<i.mily d,,'ellings , multiple

of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on
July 14, 1924 in Book S of Maps, pap,e 23, and more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Easterly line of
Old Santa Cruz Road, formerly North Union Avenue, with the Northerly
line of Apricot Avenue, as said Road and Avenue are shown upon the Map
above referred to; running thence East along the said Northerly line
of Apricot Avenue, 179.99 feet to the Southwesterly corner of that certain
parcel of land described in the Deed from Glen Robinson et ux to Delbert
A. Zisch, et ux, dated May 11, 1945, recorded May 16, 1945 in Book 1266
of Official Records, page 17, Santa Clara County Records; running thence
North 00 Olt East along the Westerly line of the land so described in
the Deed to said Zisch, 139.50 feet to the Northwesterly corner thereof
