This approval is effective May 20, 1982. Please find the following materials enclosed: 1. The adopted ordinance 2. A copy of the original submittal of plans 3. A revised Site Plan #1 and landscaping plan 4. A revised Site Plan #2 (illustrating parking. As you may recall, there was considerable discussion regarding parking when this application was reviewed by the City Council. You are required to in- stall the reserved parking spaces indicated on the revised Site Plan #2 for the condominium project of Apricot Avenue by June 1, 1982. Additionally, please provide evidence satisfactory to the City Attorney that appropriate easements have been created for exclusive use of 37 parking spaces for the 300 Union Avenue condominium project.
