Dear Mr. Lampe:
Please be advised that at its regular meeting of April 20, 1982, the City
Council adopted Ordinance No. 1411, approving your request for a zone change
to allow the conversion of 44 apartment units into condominium units. This
approval is effective May 20, 1982.
Please find the following materials enclosed:
1. The adopted ordinance
2. A copy of the original submittal of plans
3. A revised Site Plan #1 and landscaping plan
4. A revised Site Plan #2 (illustrating parking.
As you may recall, there was considerable discussion regarding parking when
this application was reviewed by the City Council. You are required to in-
stall the reserved parking spaces indicated on the revised Site Plan #2 for
the condominium project of Apricot Avenue by June 1, 1982. Additionally,
please provide evidence satisfactory to the City Attorney that appropriate
easements have been created for exclusive use of 37 parking spaces for the
300 Union Avenue condominium project.

BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
THE CITY OF CAMPBELL, CALIFORNIA (ZC 81-33),
300 UNION AVENUE.
THE City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell, together
with amendments thereto, is hereby changed and amended. Said amendments
being outlined on the map attached hereto entitled Exhibit A.
