BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING TRACT NO. 4534,
AND IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by the City'
Engineer that all improvements in Tract No. 4534, have been
completed in accordance with that agreement entered into
August 12, 1968, concerning said Tracti and,
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recommends acceptance of the
Tract and improvementsi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Tract No. 4534, together with all the improvements thereon, be
and the same are hereby accepted and that the City Engineer is
hereby ordered to record a Notice of Completion of said
improvements.

interested in said proposed vacation, and no persons appe2red in

WHEREAS, sa1d City Council does find, determine, and affirm
from the evidence submitted to it .that those certain anchor ease-
ments and the portion of that certain storm sewer easement described
upon said Ordinance of Intention are unnecessary for present or
prospective public uses; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Campbell that those certain anchor easements and the portion of
that certain storm sewer easement hereinafter described be, and they-
are hereby ordered vacated, abandoned, and closed from public uses,

within the City of Cillrrpbell, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
Those certain anchor easC';ments situate within Tract No. 4037,
Westchester Industrial Park, Unit No.2, a map of which was re-
corded November 5, 1965, and filed in Book 201 of Maps at Page 56
in the office of the County Recorder, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, more particularly descJ:,ibed as follows:
PARCEL ONE:
That certain anchor easement two (2) feet in width and thirty (30)
~eet in length, contiguous to the westerly line of Lot 30 and situate
within said Lot 30 as shmvn on said map of Tract No. 4037.
PARCEL TWO:
Those certain anchor easements two (2) feet in width and thirty (30)
feet in length, contiguous to the comnon boundary line of Lot 29 and
Lot 28 and situate within said Lot 29 and Lot 28 as shmvn on said
map of Tract No. 4037.
PARCEL THREE:
Those certain anchor easements situate within Lot 24 and Lot 25 and
contiguous to the southerly line of Cristich Lane as shown on s2.id
map of Tract No. 4037.
That portion of that certain storm sewer easement described in
the Grant Deed from Forman Development Company, a co-partnership, to
the City of Campbell, a municipal corporation, recorded April 18,
1966, and filed in Book 7349 of Official Records at Page 747 in the
office of said County Recorder, more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Lot 5 as said Lot 5 is
sho\vn upon that certain map of Tract No. 4534 recorded August 14
1968, and filed in Book 241 of Haps at Page 33 in the
office of said County Recorder;
THENCE, South 890 561 36" East 10.02 feet along the northerly
line of said Lot 5 to its intersection with a line parallel with and
10.00 feet easterly, measured at right angles from the westerly line
of said Lot 5;
THENCE, South 30 291 36" East 100.19 feet along said parc.1.llel
line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 10.00 feet
northerly, measured at right angles from the southerly line of said
