Gentlemen:
Referring to the Agreement dated February 14, 1977 between the City of Campbell
and Mr. and Mrs. Fred N. Sahadi, recorded March 1, 1977, at Book C635, Page 372t
Official Records of Santa Clara County, this will confirm that:
(1) The public street improvements referred to in the agreement have not
been made;
(2) No demand has been made upon Mr. and Mrs. Sahadi for performance of
any of their Obligations under the Agreement; and
(3) It is the intention of the City of Campbell to cause the subject street
improvements to be constructed through assessment district proceedings utilizing
the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and the Bond Act of 1915.
The total assessments that would accrueto the parcels within the proposed
subdivision should not exceed Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000.00). The assess-
ment would be apportioned to each parcel in relation to benefit received.
It is highly probable that the Assessment District will be commenced within the
next twelve (12) months.

Attached is a copy of a letter which Mr. Russ Matesso asked us to
write to the Department of Real Estate.
We have previously shown this letter to you and expressed our belief
that paragraph No. 3 made it impossible for us to send it.
Would you reconsider the 3rd paragraph and advise us if it would be
possible for Mr. Matesso's-attorney to draft an agreement, between
them and the City, that would enable us to send such a letter.

A. The present owner or owners will have to execute in favor of
this District an agreement stipulating the sanitary sewer
system within the bounds of the property will be maintained
by them and their successors.
B. The monthly sanitary sewer service charge per condominium
unit is $2.75 and would be included within the tax bill.
C. At the time the conversion is approved and finalized addi-
tional advanced sewer service charges will be due, contact
this office for the actual amount.
With this letter we are returning your "as built" plans for the
plumbing system installed on site.

A request has been received from Title
report relative to Lands of Sahadi
in the Los Gatos Creek
Insurance and Trust to prepare a flood hazard
located within the City of Campbell
Watershed.
The following report is based on data available to the Santa Clara Valley Water District and is not intended to supplant any required
report from the Federal Insurance Administration.
IX] The site would not be subject to flooding in the event of a 1% flood flow from a District Facility under either present or
foreseeable future conditions. (This is a flow having a 1% chance of being equalled or exceeded in any year.)
o The site would be subject to flooding from Creek in the event of the 1% flood flow.
It is estimated that the channel has a present capacity to pass a flow which has a % chance of being equalled or
exceeded in any year. No assurance can be given as to date at which flood protection will be provided. Any information
available to us regarding possible future protection is given below under "Additional Comments".
o A flood hazard to the site does not exist under present conditions. A 1 % flood hazard to this site may develop as
conditions chan!1f!.
