Dear Mr. Versaw:
In accordance with your letter, enclosed are three
copies of the combination of Assessment Nos. 11 and 12
in the above project.
Just as a comment, I might add that there is no
legal basis for the combining of assessments. The
statutes refer only to the splitting of assessments.
I realize that you are probably aware of that fact since
your notice to the bond purchaser does not refer to a
statute section.
Also enclosed is our invoice covering the above.
