of Santa Clara, State of California, pursuant to the provisions
of Division 9, Part 3, Chapters 1, 2 and 3 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California, did heretofore on
the 9th day of JulYI 19731 pass upon and adopt its Resolution
of Intention to vacate a portion of Union Avenue, a public street
in t.he City of Campbell, being Resolution No. 3559; and,
wi-J'.EREAS, at t~e hour of 8:00 P.M. of this 13th day of August,
1973, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, at 75 North Central
Avenue, Campbell, California, are the time and place set for
hearing 211 persons interested in or having objections to said
proposed vacation; and,
v.lHEIU~AS, at the said hearing evidence was presented by
persons interested in said proposed 'I,.racation and no persons
appea~ed in objection thereto; and,
vlliEREAS1 the City Council of said City of Campbell finds
and dc'!terrnines from the evidence submitted that the portion
of Union Avenue described upon said Resolution of Intention
is unnecessary for present or for prospective public street

the City COGDcil of said City of Campbell that the portion of
Union Avenue, a public s.treet in t.he City of Campbell, herein-
a.fter described, be, and it is hereby vacoted, ubandoned and
closed to p\lblic uses, and that the portion of said Union Avenue
is situate at the j,1orthv7esterly corner of Union Avenue and.
MCGlincey Lane and more particularly described as follows:
