A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE AND
EXECUTE A CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
KORVE ENGINEERING FOR DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE
EAST CAMPBELL AVENUE MASTER PLAN
WHEREAS, an extensive Request for Proposal (RFP) process was conducted in
conjunction with the East Campbell Avenue Master Plan Project; and
WHEREAS, Korve Engineering, in partnership with Terry Bottomley Planners,
was found to be the best candidate for completion of the design services for the East
Campbell Avenue Master Plan Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute a
Consultant Services Agreement with Korve Engineering for design services for the East
Campbell Avenue Master Plan in an amount not to exceed $98,000.
