AND BUDD AVENUE.
1. Pay City the storm drainage area fee.
2. The existing dwelling is now served with a septic tank
located within the proposed Lot 4. The existing dwelling
is required to convert from the existing sanitary sewerage
system to the sanitary sewerage system on Virginia Avenue.
The existing septic tank shall be cleaned, removed, back-
filled and compacted to the standards required by the
County IIealth Department and the Building Department of
the City of Campbell.
3. Street trees shall be provided and planted upon develop-
ment of the lots.
4. Street excavation permits shall be acquired for the
installation of gas, water, sanitary sewerage, electrical,
telephone and cable television services and for the con-
struction of driveway approaches upon the development
of the lots.
s. Utilities shall be provided underground to Lots 1, 2
and 4 as per Section 20.16.070 of the Campbell Hunicipal
Code.

Dear Mr. Wren:
We have reviewed the tentative parcel map for lands of Bianchi on Virginia
Avenue, transmitted to us with your letter of March 15, 1973, and have the
following comments.
The easterly boundary line of the property is adjacent to San Tomas Aquino
Creek, which is a District facility.
The existing trapezoidal concrete channel has a one percent flood capacity,
and the existing right of way is sufficient.
The enclosed marked plan delineates correct location of the existing creek
center line and the six-foot chain link fence.
Grading and improvement plans are subject to our review and issuance of
permits. Sheet No. 20 of District's typical grading sections adjacent to
our right of way is enclosed.

The Health Department has reviewed the proposed subdivision located on
Virginia Avenue between Rincon Avenue and Century Drive, as shown on the
tentative parcel map submitted to this department dated March 13, 1973,
prepared by Mark Thomas & Co., Civil Engineers. It is noted that there
are four numbered single family residential lots. There is an existing
house located on lot 3 with the septic tank system encroaching on lot
4.
Sewage disposal is to be provided by sanitary sewers installed by the sub-
divider and connected by him to one of the existing trunk sewers of the
Santa Clara County Sanitation District No.4. The subdivision is in the
service area of and shall be furnished domestic water by San Jose Water
Works.
The existing house located on lot 3 must be connected to sanitary sewer
and the septic tank system located on lot 4 must be pumped and filled.
Final approval of the proposed subdivision is contingent upon the posting
by the subdivider with the Santa Clara County Sanitation District No 4
of an adequate bond to insure completion of sewers as planned. Plans
and specifications of all proposed sewers and appurtenances are to be
approved by Sanitaion District No. 4 prior to recording the final map.
Subdivider must agree to permit no occupancy of any otherwise completed
residences until usable sanitary sewer connections have been effected.
Individual sewage disposal in the proposed subdivision is not approved.
