It Is my suggestion and reComMendation that the City Council have the Keith property ~ppralsed and negotiate for purchase of said property and the~ extension of Buckham. Said property not to be developed at this time. CALIFORNIA The Planning Commission of the City of Campbell assembled In regular meeting on the 2nd day of January, 1962, acted upon the Minor Subdivision of the lands of Elsie Hayberry at 1059 South Virginia Avenue, a map of which property Is marked Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, and upon recommendation of the Planning Staff, denied said lot split for the following reason: If at all possible the Staff recommends that Bucknam Avenue should be continued through to Virginia Avenue for better development and emergency service for the entire area.
