at page 19, Santa Clara County Records, distant thereon N. 790 55'
30" E. 9.90 feet from the most Southerly corner of said Parcel "A";
running thence along .aid Southeasterly 11ne of Parcel "A" N. 19. 55'
30" E.49.40 feet to an iron pipe set at the Easternmost corner thereof
in the Northeasterly line of that certain 2.109 acre tract of land de.-
cribed in the Deed from California Pacific Title Insurance Company
