dimensions as shown upon the Assessor's Maps and Parcel Map. Please reconcile prior to
Planning Commission Meeting.
Conditions of Awroval:
1. Applicant shall submit three copies of a grading and drainage plan to the City Engineer
for review and approval.
2. Applicant shall apply for an Encroachment Permit, submit plans, pay fees, post surety for any
work within the public right of way.
