Final map thereof shall be filed with the City Engineer for examination. approval and
recordation in accordance with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. This approval
is sub;ect to the followinR conditions:
1. Applicant to construct a new. attached garage/carport on Parcel A. providing
acceptable setbacks and an acceptable circulation pattern (see note below) prior
to final parcel map approval.
2. Existing garage. shed. and pool to be removed prior to recordation of final map.
3. Process and file a parcel map creating the two lots.
4. Pay storm drain area fee of $581.00.
5. Pay a fee in the amount of $1.132.00 in-lieu of dedicating land for parks.
6. Install full street improvements. including removal and replacement of any
existing substandard improvements. all to City standards and as directed by the
City Engineer.
7. Obtain an excavation permit. pay fee and post surety for all work within the
City right-of-way.
Backing onto Virginia Ave. will not be allowed because of this property's location in the
curve. At the time of site approval for the new garage on Parcel A and new home on
Parcel B an on-site turnaround for cars must be provided.
Applicant is advised that the Santa Clara Val~ey Water District ordinances and
regulations may a ply to Parcel B.

Install full street improvements including removal and
replacement of any existing sUb-standard improvements, all to
City Standards and as directed by the City Engineer.
Obtain an excavation permit, pay fees and post surety for all
work within the City right-of-way.
The subdivider should be advised that any development must provide an

The Company, recognizing the current effect of Inflation on real property
valuation and IntendIng to provIde additIonal monetary protection to the
Insured Owner named In the Pol Icy, hereby modifies the Pol Icy, as

the amount of Insurance provided by the Policy, as stated In
Schedule A thereof, Is subject to cumulatIve annual upward adjust-

2. "Adjustment Date" Is defined, for the purpose of this Endorsement,
to be 12:01 8.m. on the first January 1 which occurs more than six

Polley to which this Endorsement is attached, and on each succeeding
January 1.
3. An upward adjustment wIll be made on each of the Adjustment Dates,
as defined above, by Increasing the maximum amount of Insurance pro-

tage change by whIch the annual "ENR 20-cltles BuIlding Cost Index"
has Increased, (as publIshed In the "4th Quarter Roundup. December

publIcation). All upward adjustments In the aggregate shal I not
exceed a 50% total rIse In the amount of Insurance, so that the
maximum amount of Insurance In force shal I never exceed i50% of the

amount of any claim paid under the Polley which, under the terms of
