The Engineering Division has reviewed the above application, and our comments are as
follows:
COMPLETENESS COMMENTS
1. The property dimensions on the site plan do not agree with those on the
Assessor's Map. The applicant should verify the property dimensions with the
deed or other recorded information. H the site plan is in error, it should be
changed prior to submission to the Planning Commission.
CONDfinONSOFAPPROVAL
1. Applicant shall pay Storm Drain Area Fee of $188.77.
2. Applicant shall submit three copies of a grading and drainage plan for approval
by the City Engineer.
3. Applicant shall apply for an encroachment permit, submit plans, pay fees, post
surety, for any work within the public right of way.
4. The applicant shall dedicate a five (5.00) feet wide public utility easement
(P.U.E.) and/or public service easement (P.S.E.) for any and all public utility
facilities.
