Applicant to enter into a written agreement with the City
Council of the City of Campbell guaranteeing:
1. Dedication, at this time, of a four foot strip along
westerly property line and sufficient land in Lot 10,
Sunnyside Park. to provide for suitable cul-de-sac.
2. Improvement of cul-de-sac and construction of one-half
of an industrial type street. curb and gutter along 76
foot frontage on West of Lot 9 J Sunnyside Park. said
street to be 32 f.8t between curbs with 4-foot utility
space on either side. 'nt8se improvements to be made at
time Whitehall Avenue i8 improved in this block and City
Council deems necessary to call for said improvement..

necessitated, to a large ext.ent, the construction of storm drains.
