RESOLUTION NO. 1298
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AGREEMENT WITH WILKINSONS IN
CONNECTI~ Wlm Its II APPROVAL.
WHE&IAS. there has been submitted to the City
Council by RICHARD and LILY Do WILKINSON an agreement for
the dedication of certain land and the completion of
certain !llProvements as part of lIS" approval requirements,
and.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer recoamends the execution
of the said agreement, and the same has been approved by the
City Attorney,
NOW, THER"', BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute
the said agreement on behalf of City of Campbell.

Section 9316.1 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval gkanted under this section shall expire one hundred eighty
(180) days after the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtaineu by making written application for same to the
Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days prior to the expiration date of such
approval.
Ho building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner provided for in
this chapter.
