Section
21.42.090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted uJlder this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extensio~
for such approval is obtained by making written application for sa~e
tc the P.1_iJ!ining COllmis~;i_on at least fifteen (15) days prior to the
expiration date of such approval.
lJo building permit shall he issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtQined in the manner provided
for in this Chapter.

3. Landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with the approved land-
scape plan.
4. Faithful performance bond in the a~Ju~t of 53,000 to be posted to insure
landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area within three (3) nonths
of completion of construction, or a~plicant ~oy file written agree~ent to
complete landscaping, fencing and striping of parking area prior to final
building department clearance.
5. All mechanical equipment located on roofs shall be screened as approved by
the Planning Director.
The applicant is notified as part of this application that he is required to
meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinances of the City of
Campbe 1 1 .

D. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provisions of the
sign ordinance for all signs. No sign to be -installed until application
is approved and permit issued by the Bui lding Depart~ent.
E. Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that any
contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, garbage, wet garbage
and rubbish produced within the limits of the City of Ca~pbel I shall be
made with Green Valley Disposal Co~pany. This requirement applies to
all single family dl-Jellings, multiple apartl"i""€nt units, to all commercial,
business. industrial, manufacturing, and construction establishments.
F. Trash container{s} of a size and quantity necessary to serve the develop-
ment shal I be located in area(s) approved by the Fire Department. Unless
otherwise noted, enclosure{s) shall consist of a concrete floor surrounded
by a solid wall or fence and have self-closing doors of a size specified
by the Fi rc Department. All enclosures to be constructed at grade level.
