LJJC -'~'~I .. --.,---~ I'm sorry it's taken so long for us to respond to your telephoned question about reimbursement for up-sizing the storm drain lines at 1300 Whi te Oaks. As per discussions between you and me and Bill Helms in October, 1983, the added costs for up-sizing the storm drain were credited against the storm drain fee. That credit is $1,819.29. The storm drain fee for 1.87 acres at $2,250 is $4,207.50. The storm drain fee for this parcel, then, is $2,388.21. Incidentally, we have no record of this fee having been paid. Please send us a copy of your payment instrument or receipt. If it in fact has not yet been paid, we would appreciate your payment at this time. An invoice is enclosed for your records. The changes shown would provide a better parking circulation and would reduce the anmmt of asphalt along the frontage of this proj ect. This requirement applies to all single-family dwellings, multiple apart- ment units, to all commercial, business, industrial, manufacturing, and construction establishments. F Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire De- partment. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department.
