I'm sorry it's taken so long for us to respond to your telephoned
question about reimbursement for up-sizing the storm drain lines at
1300 Whi te Oaks.
As per discussions between you and me and Bill Helms in October,
1983, the added costs for up-sizing the storm drain were credited
against the storm drain fee. That credit is $1,819.29. The storm
drain fee for 1.87 acres at $2,250 is $4,207.50. The storm drain
fee for this parcel, then, is $2,388.21.
Incidentally, we have no record of this fee having been paid. Please
send us a copy of your payment instrument or receipt. If it in fact
has not yet been paid, we would appreciate your payment at this time.
An invoice is enclosed for your records.

The Planning Director has reviewed the revised site plan indicating the
new street alignment along Whiteoaks Road, and is of the opinion that
revised plans should be modified so that the landscaping areas along
Whiteoaks Road are increased as shown on the attached plan. The changes
shown would provide a better parking circulation and would reduce the
anmmt of asphalt along the frontage of this proj ect.
Additionally, the Planning Director requests the submittal of a revised
landscaping and irrigation plan which increases the landscaping area as
shown and indicates the required sidewalk along l~iteoaks Road.
Your attention to these revisions is appreciated. If you have any
questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact
the Planning Office.

In the event that abandonment of a portion of Whiteoaks as indica-

permit, you are required to design and have approved an interim
site plan using the existing street alignment. This plan should
be submitted to the Public Works and Planning Departments prior to
application for a building permit.

Section 21.42~090 of the Campbell Municipal Code reads as follows:
Any approval granted under this section shall expire one year after
the date upon which such approval was granted, unless an extension
for such approval is obtained by making written application for same
to the Planning Commission at least fifteen (15) days days prior to
the expiration date of such approval.
No building permit shall be issued after the expiration date of any
approval until a new approval has been obtained in the manner pro-
vided for in this Chapter.
Approval effective ten (10) days after decision of approval of the
Planning Commission.

The applicant is notified as part of this application that he/she is re~uired
to meet the following conditions in accordance with Ordinance of the City of
Campbell and Laws of the State of California.
A All parking and driveway areas to be developed in comoliance with
Section 21.50 of the Campbell Municipal Code. All parking spaces
to be provided with appropriate concrete curbs or bumper quards.
B Underground utilities to be provided as required by Section
20.16.070 of the Campbell Municipal Code.
C Plans submitted to the Building Department for plan check shall
indicate clearly the location of all connections for underground
utilities including water, sewer, electric, telephone and tele-
vision cables, etc.
D Sign application to be submitted in accordance with provlslons of
the Sign Ordinance for all signs. No sign to be installed until
application is approved and permit issued by the Building Depart-
ment (Section 21.68.030 of the Campbell Municipal Code).
E Ordinance No. 782 of the Campbell Municipal Code stipulates that
any contract for the collection and disposal of refuse, qarbage,
wet garbage and rubbish produced within the limits of the City of
Campbell shall be made with Green Valley Disposal Company. This
requirement applies to all single-family dwellings, multiple apart-
ment units, to all commercial, business, industrial, manufacturing,
and construction establishments.
F Trash container(s) of a size and quantity necessary to serve the
development shall be located in area(s) approved by the Fire De-
partment. Unless otherwise noted, enclosure(s) shall consist of
a concrete floor surrounded by a solid wall or fence and have
self-closing doors of a size specified by the Fire Department.
All enclosures to be constructed at grade level.
G Applicant shall comply with all appropriate State and City re-
quirements for the handicapped.
N/A Noise levels for the interior of residential units shall comply
with minimum State (Title 25) and local standards as indicated
in the Noise Element of the Campbell General Plan.
N/A Applicant to pay Park Dedication In-lieu Fee of $ and/or

STANDARD FIRE HAZARD ABATEMENT COMMENT: The applicant is hereby notified that

until the time that actual construction commences. All existing structures shall
be kept secured by having windows boarded up and doors sealed shut, or be demolish-
