The Public Works Department has reviewed the application and our comments are as
follows:
A. Applicant shall submit a grading and drainage plan to the City Engineer for review.
The plans shall show all existing and proposed onsite grading and drainage facilities,
All onsite storm waters shall be collected onsite and conveyed underground to an
existing public underground storm drain system.
B. Applicant shall apply for an encroachment permit, provide plans, pay fees, post surety
for any work within the public right of way.
C. Applicant shall pay City the storm drainage area fee in the amount of $547.56 (0.234
acres x $2,340/acre)
