RESOLUTION NOo 26:L
BEING A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF UNITED RENT ALL, INC., A CALIFORNIA
CORPOl~~TION, AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
by United Rent All, Inc., a Cali fornia Corpora.tion, an agreement
for the development of their real property in accordance with
prescribed conditions; and,
WHEREAS, by the terms of said agreement, and concUl;rently
herewith he has submitted grant deeds of certain portions of
his property for street purposes;
NOW, T.HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to execute the said
agreement on behalf of said City; 2nd
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the grant deed submitted in
copnection therewith be and the same is hereby accepted.

A. All existing structures on property shall be removed

C. Applicant to dedicate to plan line rigllt-of-way on
Winchester Boulevard and to 60 foot right-of-way on
West Rosemary Lane.
D. Applicant to constrl1ct street improvements on total

Code. .
F. Underground utilities to be provided as required by
Section 9110.6 of the Campbell Municipal Code.

telephone and television cables, etc.
H. Sign application to be submitted in accordance with
provisions of the sign ordinance for all signs. No sign
to be installed until application is approved and permit
issued by the Building Department.
