RESOLUTION NO. 3751
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL FINDING THE SANTA CLARA VALLEY
WATER DISTRICT 2007/2011 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY OF CAMPBELL GENERAL
PLAN.
After notification and public hearing, as specified by law and after presentation by the
Community Development Director, proponents and opponents, the hearing was closed.
After due consideration of all evidence presented, the Planning Commission did find as
follows:
1. The draft Santa Clara Valley Water District Capital Improvement Program is
consistent the goals, objectives and strategies of the Campbell General Plan and
Campbell Strategic Plan, specifically with Strategy 1 b of the Open Space and Parks
Element which encourages working with the Santa Clara Valley Water District to
provide public access and improvements to the Groundwater Recharge Facilities in
the City.
2. The Santa Clara Valley Water District is the lead agency for completing the California
Environmental Quality Act environmental assessment of their Capital Improvement
Program.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission finds the Santa Clara
Valley Water District 2007/2011 Capital Improvement Program to be consistent with the
City of Campbell General Plan.
