RESOLUTION NO. 10690
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY CALIFORNIA TRACK &
ENGINEERING, INC. FOR THE ALL-WEATHER TRACK SURFACING
AT THE CAMPBELL COMMUNITY CENTER AND AUTHORIZING
THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, California Track & Engineering, Inc. has completed the CAL TRAX 1MB
RETOP all-weather surfacing at the Campbell Community Center, including all necessary
lane striping, distance markers and painting "RUNNERS ONLY" within the two inside lanes
of the track, and;
WHEREAS, the CAL TRAX 1MB RETOP surfacing, striping, distance markers and
painting have been inspected by City staff and considered to be in compliance with the
project specifications and all other additional staff requests;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby accepts the Community Center track resurfacing Improvements
constructed by California Track & Engineering, Inc. and authorizes staff to file the Notice of
Completion.
