RESOLUTION NO. 10703
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING $13,495.17 IN CDBG FUNDS FOR 1030 S. SAN TOMAS
AQUINO ROAD REHABILITATION LOAN PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council has periodically updated the Housing Rehabilitation
Loan and Grant Program guidelines and polices based on changes in household
incomes, age of housing, and housing needs of Campbell residents; and
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell continues to support a housing rehabilitation
loan program for individuals and families who need to make repairs to their homes.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves an additional $13,495.17 in CDBG funds to 1030 S. San Tomas Aquino
Road rehabilitation Project in order to adequately fund and complete the project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Campbell this 6th day of November, 2006, by the following vote:
