WHEREAS, Commissioner Dennis Lowe has served as a member of thc City of Campbell
Planning Commission for eight years, from November 1993 through August 2001; and
WHEREAS, during Commissioner Dennis Lowe's tenure as a member of the Planning
Commission, he reviewed amendments to the General Plan and San Tomas Area
Neighborhood Plan as well as major development applications including the Campbell
Technology Park on the former Winchester Drive-in site; Pmneyard Shopping Center
expansions; the Campbell-Gateway and Stoddard's Brewery projects in downtown
Campbell and thc Pultc Homes/Larkspur Landing development of the Best Products site;
and
WHEREAS, Commissioner Dennis Lowe has served faithfully at regular and special
meetings of the Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recognizes the dedicated service that Commissioner
Dennis Lowe has rendered thc Commission during his two terms;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of
Campbell expresses its sincerest appreciation to Commissioner Dennis Lowe for his
service, that the Commission was fortunate to have had the honor of serving the Community
with him and wishes him well in the future.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of December, 2001, by acclamation.
