RESOLUTION NO. 10722
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING A CALL FOR BIDS, AND AUTHORIZING THE RECREATION AND
COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR TO AWARD THE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
FOR CAMPBELL COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING "B" HVAC UPGRADE PROJECT
(CIP #04-07)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Capital Improvement Program budget for
the 2003/04 fiscal year which includes project #04-07: HV AC Upgrade to Building B; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to install an upgraded HV AC system at Campbell
Community Center Building "B"; and
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications for this HVAC system have been provided
to and approved by the City's Building Official;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby approves the plans and specifications and authorizes a call for bids and
authorizes the Recreation and Community Services Director to award the construction
contract for Campbell Community Center Building "B" HVAC Upgrade Project (CIP #04-07)
if the bids received are within the existing funding allocated to this project.
