RESOLUTION NO. 10250
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN OFF-LEASH DOG PARK
WHEREAS, the City wishes to partner with the County of Santa Clara Parks and
Recreation Department on specific improvements at Los Gatos Creek County Park for
mutual benefit; and
WHEREAS, the City recognizes that over 5,200 licensed dogs are part of
Campbell households; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell wishes to construct an off-leash dog park; and
WHEREAS, the City has budgeted $120,000 for the design, engineering and
construction of an off-leash dog park;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an Agreement with the County of
Santa Clara for the design and construction of an off-leash dog park.
