A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY W. BRADLEY ELECTRIC
FOR PROJECT 02-03, HAMILTON A VENUEIDARRYL DRIVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL
MODIFICA TION, AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell adopted Resolution No. 100075 on September 3,2002,
authorizing the Public Works Director to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder for
construction of improvements known as Project 02-03, Hamilton A venue/Darryl Drive Traffic
Signal Modification Project; and,
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and W. Bradley
Electric on September 19, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, W. Bradley Electric has completed the aforementioned contract ill
accordance with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 02-03, Hamilton A venue/Darryl Drive
Traffic Signal Modification Project and directs staff to file the Notice of Completion.
