RESOLUTION NO. 10219
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR PROJECT 03-04, WESTMONT A VENUE STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING RE-BIDDING
WHEREAS, bids were received for construction of Project 03-04, Westmont Avenue
Street Improvement Project, by the City Clerk on June 3, 2003; and
WHEREAS, the award of this contract as originally scheduled has been delayed; and
WHEREAS, construction during winter raining season could jeopardize the quality of the
finished product; and
WHEREAS, re-scheduling the project could minimize potential impacts due to school
traffic;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby authorizes the rejection of all bids for the Westmont A venue Street Improvements Project
(03-04) and authorizes the re-bid of the Westmont A venue Street Improvements Project (03-04).
