A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF ACCESSIBLE
PARKING STALLS FOR THE CITY HALL PARKING LOTS (PROJECT 04-08)
WHEREAS, staff has identified the need for the installation of accessible parking stalls in
the North and South Parking Lots of City Hall to comply with both State and Federal A.D.A.
Guidelines; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared plans, specifications and cost estimates for the installation
of accessible parking stalls in both the North and South Parking Lots of City Hall; and
WHEREAS, staff has prepared the attached Budget Adjustment in the amount of $38,000
to fund Project 04-08: Installation of Accessible Parking Stalls for the City Hall Parking Lots;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves a Budget Adjustment in the amount of $38,000 to fund said project.
