RESOLUTION NO. 10215
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING THE REVISED DESIGN FOR THE HERITAGE THEATRE FRONTAGE
IMPROVEMENTS; AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT WITH C. DAVID ROBINSON
ARCHITECTS FOR ADDITIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES;
AND APPROVING A BUDGET ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, additional funds are necessary to complete the Heritage Theatre Renovation Project
and Frontage Improvements; and
WHEREAS, a contract change order to complete the additional Heritage Theatre Frontage
Improvements is being negotiated with Robert A. Bothman, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, additional consultant services are necessary to complete the Heritage Theatre
Renovation Project and Frontage Improvements; and
WHEREAS, additional construction contingency is requested in order to complete the Heritage
Theatre Renovation Project; and
WHEREAS, a budget adjustment has been prepared to allocate the funds necessary to complete
the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Campbell that: 1)
the revised design for the Heritage Theatre Frontage Improvements is hereby approved; 2) the Public
Works Director is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Consultant Services
Agreement with C. David Robinson Architects in an amount not to exceed $146,000; 3) the Public Works
Director is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute a contract change order for the Frontage
Improvements with Robert A. Bothman, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $450,000; 4) the Public Works
Director is hereby authorized to negotiate and execute additional contract change orders with Robert A.
Bothman, Inc. for the Heritage Theatre Renovation Project in an amount not to exceed $204,000.
