RESOLUTION NO_ 10270
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SERVICES
WHEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement concerning the provision of services through
the Intergovernmental Employee Relations Services program was executed by the Mayor in
July of 1979; and
WHEREAS, the said Agreement set forth in detail the services and provisions of this
program and was executed on the basis of automatically renewing each July 1; and
WHEREAS, from time to time it becomes necessary to amend the said Agreement;
and
WHEREAS, several proposed amendments to the Joint Powers Agreement have
been reviewed by participating agency representatives and are being recommended for
adoption.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council authorizes the Mayor to
execute said amended Agreement on behalf of the City of Campbell.
