RESOLUTION NO. 10263
BEING A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A TRI-PARTITE RENT STABILIZATION AGREEMENT
WITH TIMBER COVE MOBILE HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, BRANDENBURG,
ST AEDLER & MOORE AND THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell since 1993 has provided Timber Cove Mobile
Homeowner's Association members and park owners Brandenburg, Staedler & Moore with
conciliation and mediation for proposed rent increases; and
WHEREAS, the mobile homeowners, park management and the City of Campbell have
signed two prior five year Tri-Partite Rent Stabilization Agreements; and
WHEREAS, the Tri-Partite Agreement expires January 2004; and
WHEREAS, the mobile homeowners and park managers desire to sign another five year
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby enter into a
new Tri-Partite Rent Stabilization Agreement with Timber Cove Mobile Homeowner's
Association and Brandenburg, Staedler, and Moore, and authorize execution of the attached
agreement.
