RESOLUTION NO. 10262
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING A CALL FOR
BIDS FOR THE JOHN D. MORGAN PARK RESTROOM
REPLACEMENT PROJECT (00-13)
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications were prepared for Project 00-13, John D.
Morgan Park Restroom Replacement; and
WHEREAS, the existing restroom is found to be deficient in meeting ADA requirements;
and
WHEREAS, a pre-fabricated restroom will be a cost-effective alternative and will result
in the least impacts to park users;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the plans and specifications for the construction of Project 00-13, John D.
Morgan Park Restroom Replacement and authorizes the Public Works Director to solicit bids for
the construction of the project improvements.
