ORDINANCE NO. 2004
BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 975 W. CAMPBELL AVENUE
AND 10-30 VICTOR AVENUE AS SHOWN ON THE
ATTACHED EXHIBIT A. APPLICATION OF SILICON
VALLEY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY. FILE NO. PLN2001-39
(ZC).
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended
by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application of
Silicon Valley Habitat for Humanity, for approval of a Zone Change for property located at 975
W. Campbell Avenue and 10-30 Victor Avenue, from R-I-6 (Single Family Residential) to P-D
(Planned Development).
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage
and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the
Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa
Clara, State of California.
