BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 705 WEST HACIENDA AVENUE
AS SHOWN ON THE A IT ACHED EXHIBIT A. APPLICATION
OF MR. MARK EDWARDS, ON BEHALF OF STONECREEK
DEVELOPMENT GROUP. FILE NO. PLN2002-92.
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended
by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application of Mr.
Mark Edwards on behalf of Stonecreek Development Group, for approval of a Zone Change for
property located at 705 West Hacienda Avenue, from the R-D-S (Two Family District) Zoning
District to the P-D (Planned Development) Zoning District.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage
and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the
Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa
Clara, State of California.
