CC Ordinance 2025 ORDINANCE NO. 2025 BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN (PLN2002-40) CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF PROPERTY OWNED BY U.S. TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE OF THE VECCHIOLI FAMILY TRUST LOCATED AT 1255-1461 W. HACIENDA A VENUE FROM NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (LESS THAN 4.5 UNITS PER GROSS ACRE). APPLICATION OF MR. JIM SULLIVAN, ON BEHALF OF BRADDOCK & LOGAN SERVICES, INC. FILE NO. PLN2002-40. The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows: SECTION ONE: That the Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application (PLN2002-40) of Mr. Jim Sullivan, on behalf of Braddock & Logan Services, Inc., for approval of a General Plan Amendment changing the General Plan land use designation of propel1y located at 1255-1461 W. Hacienda Avenue from Neighborhood Commercial to Low Density Residential (Less than 4.5 units per gross acre). SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa Clara, State of California.
