BEING AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CAMPBELL AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
(PLN2002-39) CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF PROPERTY OWNED BY U.S. TRUST COMPANY AS
TRUSTEE OF THE VECCHIOLI FAMILY TRUST LOCATED
AT 1255-1461 W. HACIENDA A VENUE FROM P-D
(PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) TO R-1-9 (SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL, 9,000 SQUARE FOOT MINIMUM LOT SIZE).

BRADDOCK & LOGAN SERVICES, INC. FILE NO.
PLN2002-39.
The City Council of the City of Campbell does ordain as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the Zoning Map of the City of Campbell is hereby changed and amended
by adopting the attached Exhibit A, entitled Map of Said Property, as per the application
(PLN2002-39) of Mr. Jim Sullivan, on behalf of Braddock & Logan Services, Inc., for approval
of a Zoning Classification Change for property located at 1255-1461 W. Hacienda A venue from
P-D (Planned Development) to R-1-9 (Single Family Residential, 9,000 square foot minimum lot
size).
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days following its passage
and adoption shall be published once within fifteen (15) days upon passage and adoption in the
Campbell Express, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Campbell, County of Santa
Clara, State of California.
