RESOLUTION NO. 10756
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE HV AC PROJECT IN BUILDING 'B' AT THE
CAMPBELL COMMUNITY CENTER (CIP#04-07) AND AUTHORIZING THE
RECREATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICES DIRECTOR, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO RE-
ADVERTISE AND RE-SOLlCIT BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT.
WHEREAS, on January 2, 2007, the City Council approved the plans and
specifications for CIP #04-07, HVAC replacement for Building IB' at the Campbell
Community Center; and
WHEREAS, bids were received for this project on January 31, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has the authority to reject all bids and
authorize a re-bid of the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Campbell hereby rejects all bids for the HVAC project for Building "B' at the Campbell
Community Center (CIP#04-07) and authorizes the Recreation and Community Services
Director, or her designee to re-advertise and re-solicit bids for the HVAC project for Building
IB' at the Campbell Community Center (CIP#04-07).
