A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE COMMUNITY CENTER
MASTER PLAN IMPROVEMENTS AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO PROCEED
WITH ADVERTISING TO SOLICIT BIDS FOR THIS PROJECT
WHEREAS, on November 6, 2001, the City Council approved the revised master plan
for the Community Center Master Plan Improvements; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for this project have been completed by MP A
Design and are ready for bidding;
WHEREAS, additional construction support servIces are required from the project
designer, MP A Design;
WHEREAS, there is a desire to incorporate public art needs into this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby approves the Plans and Specifications for the Community Center Master Plan and
authorizes staff to proceed with soliciting bids for this project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell hereby
authorizes the Public Works Director to negotiate and execute an amendment to the Consultant
Services Agreement with MP A Design in an amount not to exceed $50,000.
