A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY REPUBLIC ELECTRIC
FOR PROJECT 01-18, WINCHESTER VIDEO DETECTION AND TRAFFIC
SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF THE NOTICE OF
COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City of Campbell adopted Resolution No. 9819 on March 20, 2001,
authorizing the Public Works Director to award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder for
construction of improvements known as Project 01-18, Winchester Boulevard Video Detection
and Traffic Surveillance Systems Project; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Republic
Electric on August 1,2001; and
WHEREAS, Republic Electric has completed the aforementioned contract in accordance
with the contract documents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 01-18, Winchester Boulevard Video
Detection and Traffic Surveillance Systems Project and directs staff to file the Notice of
Completion.
