A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING AND V ACA TING PUBLIC STORM DRAINAGE
EASEMENTS AT 655 CAMPBELL TECHNOLOGY P ARKW A Y
WHEREAS, public storm drainage improvements were constructed in connection with the
development of 655 Campbell Technology Parkway; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the storm drainage improvements were not constructed within the
recorded easement because of interference with public utility facilities; and
WHEREAS, a portion of the easement was not used and is not needed for public storm
drainage purposes;
WHEREAS, a replacement easement has been granted by the property owner as described in
the attached Grant of Easement for Public Storm Drainage Purposes and the public storm drainage
easement being vacated by the City is described in the attached Quitclaim Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts and vacates public storm drainage easements at 655 Campbell Technology Parkway.
