RESOLUTION NO. 10017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAMPBELL
ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTED BY JOS. J. ALBANESE, INC. FOR
PROJECT 02-72 SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE; PROJECT 02-02 ACCESSIBILTY RAMPS;
AND CAMPBELL LIBRARY FRONTAGE IMPROVEMENTS AND DIRECTING THE
FILING OF THE NOTICE OF COMPLETION
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 9924 on September 18, 2001,
authorizing the Public Works Director to execute a contract for construction of improvements
known as Project 02-72 Sidewalk Maintenance; Project 02-02 Accessibility Ramps and
Campbell Library Frontage Improvement; and
WHEREAS, the contract was executed by the Public Works Director and Jos. J.
Albanese Inc. on October 3,2001, and
WHEREAS, Jos. J. Albanese Inc. has completed the aforementioned contract In
accordance with the contract documents;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Campbell
hereby accepts the improvements constructed on Project 02-72 Sidewalk Maintenance; Project
02-02 Accessibility Ramps and Campbell Library Frontage Improvements and directs staff to file
the Notice of Completion.
